Journey to split
In this 4-week workshop, we will embark on a journey to open and strengthen your hips. This journey has been designed in such a way that targeted areas open up progressively every session.
Splits, also known as Hanumanasana/Monkey poses, are challenging poses which require patience and perseverance. You can also expect to feel more grounded.
Beyond the emotional and mental benefits, the workshop will also help you to increase your range of motion and flexibility by stretching deep into the hamstrings, hips, psoas, quads and back muscles.
